At Time4Child, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across the United Kingdom.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are dispatched directly from the UK using trusted courier services.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are packed and dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, as well as orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend, are packed and dispatched on the following Monday.

Standard delivery time is 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery directly with the courier.

Time4Child operates as an online-only store.

We do not offer in-store shopping or personal collection.
