At Time4Child, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the terms below.

Right to Return – 30 Days

You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the date you receive your items, in line with UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Costs

Returns are free of charge.
The cost of return shipping is covered by Time4Child.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be unused
Items must be unopened
Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging
All original components must be included

We do not accept returns of:

Used items
Opened products
Items with damaged or incomplete packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds by Payment Method

Shopify Payments / Card payments – refunded to the original card
PayPal – refunded to the PayPal account
Klarna – Klarna will update your payment plan or issue a refund in accordance with their own terms

We are not responsible for processing times on the side of payment providers.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Online Store Only

Time4Child operates as an online-only store.
We do not accept in-person returns and personal collection is not available.
